Phantom is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. The company is the modern money app and leading multi-chain crypto wallet used by tens of millions worldwide, enabling users to manage, spend, and grow their money with crypto-powered finance.
Phantom seeks a founding Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own and optimize the entire user journey, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. This role focuses on designing and executing data-driven campaigns via push notifications, email, and in-app messaging to boost engagement, revenue, feature adoption, and reduce churn. The position reports to product and growth leadership in a fast-growing fintech environment centered on user-centric crypto tools.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead lifecycle marketing strategy across push, email, and in-app channels, owning metrics, priorities, and roadmap.
- Build and execute complex CRM campaigns and automations to drive revenue, engagement, and retention.
- Drive experimentation roadmap with Data Science and Product teams to unlock growth opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Brand Design, and Product Marketing to build holistic strategies, branded experiences, and content.
- Own key metrics reporting and advocate for lifecycle initiatives with company leadership.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 6-8 years of experience leading complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy to execution.
- Extensive experience building and executing CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders using tools like Braze.
- Strong analytic skills, experimentation knowledge, and expertise in customer segmentation across omni-channel.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Proven lifecycle marketing results in B2C, especially crypto and FinTech.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation systems and strong copywriting skills.
What They Offer
Compensation: Target base salary of $150,000 to $180,000 plus equity and benefits, determined by skillset, experience, interviews, and market factors.
