Fun.xyz is hiring a Business Development, iGaming. The company builds Checkout, the highest converting crypto deposit solution that enables fintech applications, including iGaming, to accept payments from wallets, exchanges, cards, or bank accounts using stablecoins for seamless global transactions.
This role focuses on accelerating Fun.xyz’s go-to-market efforts in the iGaming vertical. Business Development professionals will consult target iGaming accounts, cultivate executive-level partnerships, and optimize or implement crypto deposit infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Head of BD, the position suits experienced salespeople with payment solutions expertise and iGaming networks, acting as a force multiplier in a high-velocity startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Consultative Sales: Build relationships with the largest companies in iGaming, deeply understand their payment challenges, and design solutions that improve conversion and user experience
- Own Strategic Relationships: Leverage existing relationships with leaders across iGaming to activate opportunities with high-priority accounts
- Full-Cycle BD: Run high-touch enterprise deals end-to-end — from sourcing to close — including discovery, demo, solution design, negotiation, and integration coordination
- Ecosystem Presence: Represent Fun.xyz at global iGaming, payments, and crypto conferences to build relationships, generate pipeline, and expand ecosystem footprint
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience selling payments solutions to iGaming companies with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals
- Existing, active relationships with leadership teams in high-growth iGaming organizations (trusted contacts you can activate, not just passive connections)
- Strong understanding of iGaming, payments, crypto, product, regulations, and licensing
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills- able to engage executives, founders, product leaders, and risk/legal stakeholders with equal confidence
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate independently within a fast-paced, high-growth startup
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with iGaming user onboarding flows, payment flow of funds, compliance considerations, or crypto UX challenges
What They Offer
Compensation: $155,000 – $205,000 base salary range, in accordance with NYC pay transparency guidelines. Fun.xyz aims to pay top-of-market and benchmark compensation regularly, with offers tailored by level based on impact, experience, and skillset while maintaining internal equity.
