A global fintech infrastructure firm is hiring a Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager to lead the build-out of a tokenized securities platform with active legal reviews and multi-jurisdictional workgroups underway.
This contract role is based in Lower Manhattan, NYC and offers a 1-2 year engagement with the highest priority and delivery targets set for this year. The ideal candidate will bridge traditional securities workflows with cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure, navigating complex regulatory landscapes while coordinating across engineering, legal, and compliance teams.
What You’ll Do
- Drive requirements documentation for the tokenized securities platform architecture
- Map user journeys and process flows accounting for legal, regulatory, and jurisdictional complexity
- Coordinate between engineering leadership, legal counsel, and senior stakeholders to align requirements and delivery
- Document architecture decisions as the platform is intentionally designed distinct from traditional broker dealer systems
- Work across multiple squads to align delivery on an evolving regulatory and technical landscape
- Assess risk and flag compliance dependencies in coordination with legal and compliance teams
- Serve as the primary BA/PM driver with PMO liaison support for routine tracking
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 6+ years in a hybrid BA/PM role with financial services and digital assets exposure
- Institutional experience with tokenized securities, digital asset infrastructure, or blockchain-based financial products
- Deep understanding of traditional securities workflows including settlement, custody, corporate actions, and regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with token standards, smart contract workflows, or on-chain settlement processes
- Ability to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments
- Strong documentation skills producing artifacts for both business and engineering audiences
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background at or working with tokenization, digital asset custody, or blockchain infrastructure firms
- Experience designing digital asset architecture distinct from traditional broker dealer systems
- Knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and international digital asset regulatory frameworks
- Agile delivery experience in a fintech or financial infrastructure environment
