The Operations Lead role at Harmony focuses on driving the company’s growth in a Day-1 startup environment shaping the future of blockchain adoption. This position involves developing strategies with market fit, economics design, and technical features, while engaging with the ecosystem of community members, external developers, and industry partners. The role demands thriving in chaos, coordinating asynchronously with teams, and pushing prototype iterations, launch campaigns, and user feedback to scale trust and create a radically fair economy.
What You’ll Do
- Develop strategies with market fit, economics design, and technical features.
- Drive deliverables of prototype iterations, launch campaigns, and user feedback.
- Engage ecosystem of community members, external developers, and industry partners.
- Coordinate asynchronously with engineering and creative teams on product launches and iterations.
- Contribute to Harmony’s mission of decentralized, scalable, and secure transaction settlement.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 3 years of work experience, including 1 year in blockchain.
- 5 days full-time in office (Palo Alto, CA) with availability for off-hour emergencies.
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience thriving in high-chaos startup environments like blockchain development.
- Background in strategy, economics design, or technical features for decentralized platforms.
