Visa is hiring for Crypto Sales & Partnerships Opportunities. As a world leader in payments and technology, Visa processes over 259 billion transactions annually across more than 200 countries, connecting consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and governments through innovative payment networks.

Joining Visa’s Crypto organization, this role focuses on shaping and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategy for stablecoin products, leading client engagements, and bridging digital currency wallets with Visa’s vast merchant and partner network of over 150 million entities. The position involves developing commercial plays, solutioning deals, and serving as a stablecoin payments expert to drive revenue and ecosystem expansion. It’s a hybrid role where office expectations will be set by the hiring manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with product teams, account executives, and stakeholders to develop GTM strategy and commercialization for clients
  • Identify opportunities, deliver end-to-end client solutioning, and close commercial deals
  • Serve as external expert on stablecoins and payments, educating clients and co-creating strategies and use cases
  • Shape transformative product solutions and provide market feedback to cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Manage key accounts and relationships with crypto-natives at the tradfi-defi intersection

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 6+ years relevant experience with Bachelor’s, or 5+ years with Advanced Degree, or 2+ years with PhD
  • Experience in payments or crypto industry strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of stablecoin ecosystem, blockchain, macroeconomics, and tokenization

Nice-to-Haves:

  • 8+ years experience with Bachelor’s, or 7+ with Advanced Degree
  • 6+ years in investment, strategy, GTM, product, BD, or sales in finance
  • Sales experience running full deal cycles and negotiating
  • Experience researching blockchain primitives, stablecoins, and RWAs

What They Offer

Compensation: $153,700 to $246,200 USD per year, potentially including sales incentives, bonus, and equity.
