About the Role
This is a remote position (East Coast candidates preferred) focused on driving business development for blockchain risk and compliance solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across the Web3 ecosystem by building relationships with wallet providers, crypto platforms, DeFi protocols, and infrastructure companies. This fast-paced role offers significant growth potential and direct exposure to one of the most dynamic sectors in technology.
What You’ll Do
- Build and expand relationships with Web3, crypto, and fintech organizations
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts and develop qualified pipeline across multiple channels
- Execute structured outreach campaigns and deliver product demonstrations virtually and in-person
- Own pipeline management from lead qualification through opportunity creation
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 1+ year of experience in BDR/SDR or business development within SaaS, fintech, blockchain, Web3, or financial services
- Strong pipeline generation and lead qualification experience
- Comfort navigating Web3 communication channels such as Discord and Telegram
- Ability to clearly articulate technical product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in high-growth environments
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to Risk & Compliance products such as transaction monitoring (KYT), wallet screening (KYW), identity verification (KYA), or smart contract risk tools
